Sempath GLP-1 is a private tracker for people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound and similar medications. It is a tracking tool only — not a medical device and not medical advice. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Getting started

• Do I need an account? No. Tap "Continue without account" during setup and everything stays on your phone. Create an account later from Settings if you want cloud backup and sync.
• Which medications are supported? Weekly injectables (semaglutide, tirzepatide and similar) and daily oral GLP-1s. Set your medication, dose and frequency in Settings → Medication & Protocol.
• Which languages? English, French, Simplified Chinese and Russian. Change in Settings → Display & Units.

Doses and the shot cycle

• What does the ring on Home mean? It estimates how much medication is still in your body based on your last logged dose and the drug's half-life. It is an estimate for context only.
• I logged a dose at the wrong time. Dose tab → Recent doses → Edit. The countdown and level curve update from the corrected time.
• The reminder fired at the wrong time. The dose reminder fires on the day your next dose is due, at the time set in Settings → Reminders. Make sure your last dose is logged.
• Injection sites. Sempath records where you injected. It never suggests a site — rotate as advised by your doctor.

Health Connect

• What is read? Weight, daily steps, active calories burned, total calories burned and basal metabolic rate — only after you connect in Settings → Health Connect.
• Samsung Health shows calories but Sempath shows 0. Open Settings → Health Connect in Sempath and tap Update permissions, then allow all. Samsung Health shares calories as a total, which Sempath converts to active calories.
• What is written? Only weights you log in Sempath, and only if you switch on "auto-write".
• How do I disconnect? Settings → Health Connect → Disconnect, or remove Sempath in the Health Connect app.

Premium

• What's included? AI meal estimates (15 a day), AI photo scans (6 a day), one lab-report scan a month, full history beyond 14 days, progress photos with time-lapse, CSV/PDF exports and the Doctor Report.
• How do I cancel? Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sempath → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. Handled by Google Play under their refund policy. For problems, email us with your order number.
• Restore on a new phone. Log in with the same account, or tap Unlock Premium → Restore.

Your data

• Where is it stored? On your phone. If you create an account, it is also backed up to our secure cloud (Supabase) so it syncs across devices.
• Progress photos never leave your phone unless you enable "Save to gallery".
• Export your data any time: Settings → Data & Privacy → Export.
• Delete your account: see Delete your account.

Troubleshooting

• Sync isn't working. Check you are logged in (Settings → Account). Sign out and back in if the session expired.
• AI estimate failed. Check your connection and that Premium is active. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
• Notifications don't arrive. Android Settings → Apps → Sempath → Notifications → allow, and disable battery optimisation for Sempath.
