Do I need an account?
No. Sempath works fully on your phone without an account. Create one any time for cloud backup and sync across devices. AI features need you to be signed in so we can confirm Premium and apply fair-use limits.
Which medications are supported?
Weekly injectables (semaglutide, tirzepatide and similar) and daily oral GLP-1s. You set the medication, dose and frequency yourself.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Data is stored on your device by default; cloud sync is optional and protected by per-user access controls. Progress photos never leave your phone. We never sell data or show ads. Read the Privacy Policy.
Does it work with Samsung Health?
Yes, through Android Health Connect. Sempath reads steps and calories burned (including the total and basal figures Samsung Health provides) to show your active calories.
Does Sempath give medical advice?
No. Sempath is a tracking tool. It never tells you how much to take, when to change your dose or where to inject. Always follow your doctor.
How do I cancel Premium?
In Google Play: your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sempath → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. More help on the Help & FAQ page.
